VOLUNTEER
TSR is actively seeking readers and art screeners.
If you’re interested in being a part of a literary review, reading or screening art for us is a great place to start. The positions are remote—all that’s needed is an internet connection and a passion for literature or art.
READERS specialize in one genre (fiction, nonfiction, poetry) and are assigned ten submissions to read and evaluate within a two-week period.
ART SCREENERS will review up to five art submissions (including fine art, photography, illustration, and graphic story) and recommend two artists for consideration every two weeks.
Though we are unable to pay our readers and art screeners, we pledge to reciprocate with labor and support in the following ways:
- letters of recommendation
- copyediting and proofreading
- résumé building
- networking
